• Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur between batches.
• We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Product Safety & Usage

Our products are for external use only. While we use natural ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. Frosty Fern Skincare is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Please read our ingredient lists carefully if you have known allergies.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Frosty Fern pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
